Processing Contribution

I keep getting the message that my contributions cannot be processed.
Why do I keep getting this message?
Please can someone assist me as I have attempted everything possible, that I know of for months. I have gone through the whole verification process for the second time today.
I have connected my YouTube Channel and Website once again. I have verified my account.
I do not understand what else I can possibly do.
However I am not receiving any contributions, my partner has sent me tips to try it out and I have never received anything.
Why is this not working or what have I still not accomplished in order for it to work for me?
Appreciate the help and I am looking forward to using this new platform.
