Problems with MacBook Pro M3 Max, Brave and incredible slow WiFi Connection


Description of the issue:
I got my brandnew MacBook Pro M3 Max last week and since the first run i am facing incredible slowdowns on WiFi, while i tested this on my M1 Max MacBook Pro, which doesnt seem to have the issue. When i get the slowdown i have to deactivate WiFi in the menubar and re-activate it to get it running again. While i have the slowdown i am nearly on fullspeed when using FireFox, Safari, Chrome and Opera. I tested this multiple times and this issues belongs to Brave only

How can this issue be reproduced?

I can not reproduce this on the spot, but it happens several time the day. Sometimes there is only a gap of 1-2 minutes between. I got a Gbit Line with 1000 Mbps Download and 50 Mbps Upload. My average download speed for today is 937 Mbps down- and 47 Mbps upload. Tested several server on speedtest.net. When the Wifi slows down i am not able to load a website with text only. It drops massive, while other browser are still working. I am not on a VPN, nor using any antivirus programs or any kind of “special software” besides the normal productivity apps from creative cloud and the onboard mac apps-
