Problems with adding extensions through the chrome web store

Description of the issue:
Brave is having continuous issues downloading extensions. I have tried adding extensions to Chrome and Firefox today without issue using a couple different computers. Google Chrome is working and Firefox is working, Brave is not. The issue seems to be with Brave where when trying to download an extension an error message stating An Error has occurred-Download interrupted and Failed-Network timeout.

Problem seems to be specific to using the Brave web browser on any computer.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Expected result: - working browser that will allow extensions to be added

Reproduces how often: - all the time now

Just a sidenote:

If I were to add an extension, I would prefer to add it from a brave.com source, instead of at Google.

Assuming that you are not using a VPN, and you do not have conflicting extensions that need to be disabled (and removed) . . .

Possibly a cookies and / or javascripts source (one or more) need to be Allowed.
