Problem with Transfer BAT to Gemini and problem with gather new BAT

Version 1.29.81 Chromium: 93.0.4577.82 (Official Build) (x86_64) macOS Big Sur

yes, gemini

What date did you verify your wallet? Today

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? yes, last time in July.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
No with Brave. VPN installed since few days for work related job.

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
Not applicable.

More information:
Since July I did not have more BAT added to my account, but I received ads. Count for ads received for this month show “0”, but if I open “30-day ads history”, then I see 12 ads from this month.

Till now I did not control this, as I have seen some BAT in my wallet and I have too less BAT to start process at Uphold. Today I have seen at start page information about Gemini and decided to register and earn 5 additional BAT after linking Gemini account with Brave. (There were no limit for BAT it’s looks like offer for me) after I connected Brave with Gemini I lost my BATs. Now… I am not receiving new BAT from ads and lost BAT already earned. I also do not have promotional BAT from Gemini, but I already found, that I need to wait about 30 days for it.

  1. How I can fix this and transfer my BAT to Gemini?
  2. How I can fix this and start earning BAT again from Ads?

thanks for answer. I have no more update since yesterday unfortunately. Can I ask you to check logs and paste here a few line(if it is looks like the same as mine)? I mean “brave://rewards-internals/”, then “Logs”. (refresh) I have something like that.

Please be careful with putting here logs, as some of information in rewards internals are/could be sensitive.

So that means that the BATs are lost, right? or there is a chance if/when the bug is fixed that we will see them in our wallet?

yes, it seems to be common problem. I found a lot of similar threads and did not found really answer.

No idea. Maybe we should back-up configuration files and make empty installation. Join it to Gemini and restore old wallet(configuration), when such issues will be fixed? I did not try this as I do not know if I will be able to restore BATs after this.

I had 19 BAT and lost 11.25 BAT while transferred to Gemini (only listed that it had received 7.75 BAT), I don’t know why~~~

Issue stil not fixed and additionally my Gemini account still not top up with 5 promo BAT.

Brave devs are you going to do something about this ???

Do you thinks this complete lack of reliability makes appear Brave as a good candidate for managing our assets?

Do you think this comes off as a good advertisement for Gemini exchange?

This all just feels like a broken toy !!!
