You Rewards counter resets at the beginning of a new payment period. Additionally, payouts for the month of August have not yet begun. We appreciate your patience.

That is because the payment period ends when the new month starts. That means that your estimated earnings reset to 0 as you start earning for the next month. The estimated earnings from the previous month will be your payout, denoted here:
