Problem with my wallet - sync problems

I’m using 3 installations of brave in 3 different computers (1 windows 7x64, and 2 macOS [high sierra and the other on Catalina]). Both on windows 7 and macOS high sierra i’ve got my wallet sync but I can’t sync on the Catalina one. I’ve restored on the last one but it keeps me asking to sync my wallet.
on the rewords Settings I can see this message Wallet restored! 0 BAT was recovered. Your wallet key has been verified and loaded successfully.
and yet it was supposed to get the amount of BAT’s that i have on the others 2.
Can some one clear me out with this?

By wallet sync, do you mean wallet verification?

So what happens when you (on your Android device), launch the browser, open the Rewards panel, and tap Verify Wallet?

i don’t own any android device it’s macbook air
when I verify wallet I get this pop-up
and when I click verify it takes me to my uphold account

Yes, you should be taken to your uphold account, aftrerwhich you should be notified that your wallet is verified and the Verify wallet option should now read:

yes, but that doesn’t happen in my browser as you can see below

do you need my brave://rewards-internals/ or brave://version/ to see anything?

Thank you – I don’t think we need your internals information at this time. It appears that we have a fix for this issue waiting to be applied asap:
