Problem with my monthly reward I was never credited again for what I should do

Good evening, I would like to know if you can help me since July I have never received a reward again, everything was going well and from one moment to another I did not receive any more reward. I plan to format the pc but I would like to know if I could recover the last bat that I had managed to accumulate in my profiles.

they gave me good reference of @steeven that could help me solve my reward.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
