While it is true that there are some leaks in private windows with Tor—which we are always working to identify and fix (so please let us know if you manage to find any that we don’t know about!)—if you don’t use Tor then you are at much higher risk of being fingerprinted and deanonymized! Using Tor doesn’t leak more information from your PC.
We pay more attention to IP address leaks in private windows with Tor because outside those windows, the web site will always learn your IP address anyway, so there’s no point to trying to plug those leaks in windows without Tor.
