Print Preview Dialog Shows Inaccurate Left/Right Margin Locations

When viewing the print preview of a page and choosing “custom margins” the margin lines don’t actually match the margin value. It appears the value is correct, but the lines are not.

  1. Open any website
  2. Press CTRL-P to bring up the Print Preview
  3. Expand “More Settings”
  4. Under Margins, choose “Custom”
  5. Move the left and right margins until they read 0"
  6. Notice how the margins don’t line up with the page

I’ve tried this on 2 different laptops, with different printers chosen (including PDF) with the same result. The scaling and other options don’t affect this problem.

Expected result:
I expect the margin indicators to match the actual value of the margin (ie. a margin of 0 should place the line right on the edge of the page)
