Pressing mouse 3 down (the scroll wheel) highlights everything

    1.) Go to any website that is long enough to be scrollable
    2.) Press mouse 3 (the scroll wheel) down to scroll down faster than by either dragging the side bar, or physically scrolling down your mouse wheel
    3.) Everything in the path of my mouse 3 button becomes highlighted (its not supposed to do that)
