Premium search doesn't work, where can I get a refund?

Description of the issue:
I have purchased premium search, but can’t use it. I click on the link to log in, then there to open the premium search. But every time I want to disable ads it says i need a preium search subscription, when I then click on it, it goe sback to my account with the subscription where I can click on open and the circle starts again. I would like a refund as I am paying for something that does not work, but I don’t knwo where to contact the support, thanks in advance. =)
