Premium Leo: "There was a network issue connecting to Leo"

I am unable to use Leo, even as a premium subscriber. When I try to use any feature in Leo, it consistently throws an error message (see below).

This is an old issue widely reported even a year ago with no known fix. I’m not sure why I paid for premium if it doesn’t work. Thanks
