Potential Sezure Inducing Flashing

Description of the issue:
Flashing below a youtube video.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Put your tablet in portrait mode.
  2. Turn your tablet upside down.
    ‘Some devices may not allow this’
  3. Open a youtube video and click on another video after a few seconds. Continue to click on new videos.

Expected result:
No flashing

Brave 1.17.77
Brave Beta 1.19.72

Mobile Device details
Samsung Galaxy tab S7+
Android 10

Additional Information:
I am only able to recreate this bug in Brave and Brave Beta. I have tried in Brave Nightly, Opera, and Tor but I am unable to recreate this bug in those browsers.
This only happens in portrait mode when upside down. I found this bug because the Samsung keyboard case has a little hand grip when orientated in the above manner.
