Possible to copy in-memory tabs to another Brave install?

I can no longer boot to my OS C: drive, though I am able to browse the contents. I was able to go to the Brave AppData folder and copy my bookmarks file to a safe place, but I had a large number of tabs (I bookmarked) open the last time I used Brave.

This is a long shot, but is it possible to copy this tab data, so that I can recover these tabs when I install Brave again on a new OS? If I copy/pasted the contents of the old Brave install folder to the new one, would that do it?
