Please allow rewards claimed by non-custodial wallet

Hey, Brave browser claims that they protect users privacy the most, however, the $BAT rewards should be claimed through centralized exchange due to KYC/AML, does it also mean that Brave can collect uses’ CEX account and may somehow get users’ personal information? WE NEED DECENTRALIZED WAY TO CLAIM REWARDS.
