Please add manual 'inactivate tab'

Currently, inactivating tabs is based on a timeout system. This system works really well. I was wondering if an additional feature could be added where we can right-click and select ‘Inactivate tab’ if I know I’m not going to be using the tab for a period of time.

A use case might be if and when I’m watching a video while gaming and want to save some memory power - I can manually select to inactivate other tabs I’m not using.

Unfortunately this feature is not available in the browser UI/context menu, but you can go to brave://discards and select the tab you want to make inactive and click [Proactive discard] to make it inactive manually.
