I suggest adding the option to sort a playlist by alphabetical order or added date. Most recent to oldest, or oldest to most recent. It’s frustrating to add or move new songs, sometimes the most recently added ones end up at the top and sometimes on the bottom of the playlist. Being able to set a specific sorting rule for each playlist would make adding new songs a breeze. Being able to put on the most recent one fast without having to scroll for ages, and to have the playlist keep going without having to change playlist or song manually all the time would be very convenient.
That’s also why a playlist cue option would be a great complement to the sorting options. I usually like to sort my playlists by genre but I still want to be able to seamlessly playback a selected combination of my playlists without having to pick up my phone and change playlist all the time. Some playlists only have 5 songs, and to be able to combine the playlists you like in a cue would be super convenient.
Added to these functions should be the option to,
• Add a single song to multiple playlists.
• Duplicate a song multiple times in a single playlist.
Where the duplicates originate from the same locally stored file, to save space.
