Playlist wasn’t working so I did this: selected video from YouTube, once in playlist swiped to the left. I saw the cloud icon with the arrow and I tapped that. As I listened to the whole video on line cloud installed to 100%. Next day I went into playlist and selected the video and tapped the big red play arrow. Video plays even when not online. Good luck everyone with this fix!!
