Playback issue on youtube and also from brave’s youtube preview. When watched, if the progression bar is hidden (play, next, mute volume etc bar, like when mouse is outside the video frame), the video will stutter. The video does not stutter if the progress bar is present, like when placing and moving around the mouse on the video.
Did the issue present with default Shields settings? (yes/no) Everything default.
