Description of the issue:
If you have pinned tabs on your Regular Window and open a Private Window with Tor, the pinned tabs will reset if you close your Regular Window before the Private Window with Tor.
How can this issue be reproduced?
When a Regular Window (With The Pinned Tabs) and Private Window with Tor are opened, close the Regular Window (With The Pinned Tabs) before the Private Window with Tor.
Once the Private Window with Tor is closed, open back up the Regular Browser Window.
Expected result:
All Pins for your tabs will reset.
