Picture in picture not working when using camera on iphone

Recently when I use picture in picture on iphone, i would switch to my camera and it will pause then blackout the picture. Play button doesn’t work nor the rewind or fast forward ones don’t work either. I have tried clearing cache, re installing, toggle off finger printing and script. This only happens when i use camera. Any suggestions?
