Picture gets scrambled

Description of the issue:
Pictures are not viewable anymore. When attempting to open the picture viewer by clicking on a picture, the picture gets scrambled.

I am experiencing it in many pages, even for website elements or advertisements.

Does disabling HW Acceleration help? in brave://settings/system ?

Would also test in private window mode, with no extensions

How to fix the flickering so that HW acceleration can be enabled?

Its GPU driver related, which is why disabling HW acceleration helps in some cases. Update drivers or try different drivers.

I am using AMD ARUBA (DRM 2.50.0 / 6.5.0-25-generic, LLVM 15.0.7) (0x9992) version: 23.3.4. It seems that there is no update? What do you mean by different driver?
