Hi! I’ve been having a problem when I go to a specific page.

There’s a white square in the bottom right corner that doesn’t close regardless of the menu I access on the page. Like a pop-up, but it doesn’t have a “x” ou “close botton” to close this window.

And it’s only on that specific page.

It wouldn’t bother me if it didn’t stay on top of some buttons that are important for navigating the page.
When I acess this page in another browser, this “gost window” doesn’t exist.

Any idea how I can remove it?

@gbrl_f definitely would like to help but it’s difficult when you don’t provide any information. For example:

• What page?
• Have you tried adjusting Shields settings?
• What OS are you on?

I hadn’t really paid attention to the settings of the “Shield Setting”.
After disabling the options for that specific site, the problem was solved.
