Description of the issue:
When you close the application, while in this exact moment an ad is shown, you can’t reopen the browser again.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Wait until an ad is shown.
2. Click on the close button.
3. Click close on the ad view.
4 Try to reopen the browser.
Actual Result:
The browser is not opening.
Expected result:
A new browser tab should be opened when you click on the browser icon.

Always.

Brave release - V1.5.123
Additional Information:
To reopen the browser again, I need to use the task-manager. Where I close/end the remaining brave processes.
