Pending Bats not received in verified Uphold wallet

Briefly describe your issue: I received my January 2024 payout in my verified Uphold wallet but I did not received all BATs I had before. I currently have 0.125 BAT in my Uphold wallet, corresponding to the January 2024 payout.
In my Brave Rewards Profile, it is precised that I have 8.625 BATs in my Uphold wallet but in reality I didin’t received the 8.500 BATs earned before January 2024.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)? Windows 10 & Brave Browser 1.62.165

Is your Brave Rewards Profile currently verified? (yes/no) Yes

What date did you connect a your Brave Rewards Profile? 01/28/2024

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? No, that was my first payout but it did not contains all BATs I had befor January 2024

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no) No

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)? Yes, France

Have you fully completed Uphold’s CDD requirements? Yes

Hello! Please see the updates made in August 2023, regarding changes to Brave Rewards.

The deadline to connect vBAT ended on November 2nd, 2023. vBAT is longer considered valid, and was removed from the Brave Rewards experience. This means that even if you’re on an old version of Brave that still shows a vBAT balance, that vBAT can no longer be redeemed after the deadline.
