PDFs don't open they go to save

When I click on a pdf brave asks to save instead of opening

I’ve looked through previous posts. Yes I turned off the toggle for download pdf. I’ve tried on three different computers with same result.

I often read PDFs with Brave and I don’t have this issue. Could you add a URL so I can check?
