PDF Download Blocking

Progressively it is become more difficult to download PDF’s, click on links, nothing happens. Eventually when I have downloaded one of these PDF’s I discover that something doesn’t like them because they are from a non secure site

100% NOT ACCEPTABLE, I don’t give a toss what Google/Chrome/Brave and the rest of them think. if I want to download a PDF it WILL happen. It is eventually going to result in all of the browsers that have this function being removed including Brave.

Can someone tell me if it is Chrome, Brave or AV that is responsible for this and how to disable it please?

I have changed “Block insecure downloads” in Brave://flags to disabled - which it seems fixes the blocking if anyone else wants the same result :+1:
