How can this issue be reproduced?

Additional Information: Hi, I just claimed January Payout and I thought that it will show in my Brave wallet. But the wallet is still empty for BAT tokens.
Also, when I got my keys to the brave wallet then the brave rewards is asking me to verify?
I want to connect my brave wallet to receive all the rewards. So that when and if I want to withdraw and/or trade my tokens I can do so with my brave wallet.
I could not find any information regarding my queries hence I had to generate this thread.
Please respond as soon as possible.
