Payment not received from desktop and device limit reached

Briefly describe your issue:
I didn’t received payout from las 2 months. 7.3 BATs from September and 5 BATs from October month. I was pretty sure that I wont get paid for October month as well. I don’t know what is happening, I raised complaint and also provided all required details to @SaltyBanana , but didn’t worked.
The latest issue is, I reinstalled windows yesterday and today when I tried to login to uphold wallet it says device limi reached. I request you to a least remove every old device attached to my Brave Id. So that I can start earning again.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Does your device pass the SafteyNet 1 check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
