@Glauber You’ll need to create a Rewards Support Ticket. Should get a confirmation email with a ticket number when you do. Hold onto that in case need to reference it in the future. All contact then will occur through email. Be advised with holidays, may be a delay in response, but they’ll get to you as quick as they.
