Payment Januari 2022 not received

Regarding the above post (there is a link to go and read it) I have contacted Uphold via chat and they told me that everything is ‘OK’ with my account and that the issue is not on their end. So even though I have already done the CDD questions and my account is working in Europe, the Brave Browser payments of Januari (ads of December 2021) didn’t come in. This can’t be an issue only for Europe because Uphold is having trouble with the regulations over here, the accounts are still working, the only thing you cannot do is deposit money directly from your bank in Europe to an Uphold account at the moment. I have read that there are people all around the world facing the same issue with their Brave Browser Rewards. How come you cannot see this in your system and be open about it?

I really hope that you can take these complaints seriously and that there will be a sollution soon for this issue.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
