Passwords and custom filters not loading

All my passwords and custom filters are not loading into the browser. This seemed to have come after an auto update. My “Login Data” file is still there with all my data intact though. Not sure where the custom filters file is located. Is there any way to load my passwords back in with the file or am I just screwed?

Payments seem to be not loading correctly as well. Name and CC expiry dates show up but all CC#'s show up as ****. History, download history, bookmarks, cookies, theme and top sites remain unchanged.
