Hello - Could you try disabling reconnect automatically?

  1. Find the VPN button in the top-right corner of the browser.
  2. Click on the Gear (Screenshot 2024-09-04 at 10.52.21 AM.png) icon.
  3. Turn off Reconnect automatically .

Hi Evan,
I turned off the the option of Reconnection Automatically option but it still popping out the VPN Connection window and somehow I can’t connect my WiFi

Any suggestions?

This looks like macOS asking your permissions to install the VPN profile. The password should be your system password that you use to log onto your machine.
