Password Manager Not Working

  1. Select Password manager
  2. Choose the site and enter windows password
  3. Credentials window disappears and nothing happens
  4. When saving passwords the credentials window appears
  5. Enter username and password hit enter and save password window flickers but does not close. Only way to make it go away is to refresh the page.

Additional info: I can not delete passwords or perform any functions in the password manager. A similar issue with notification windows, where the window flickers but does not appear to accept the command. The only way to make it close is a refresh of the page. An attempt to address this issue before went unanswered and was closed after 30 days.
