Description of the issue:
When dealing with the “password saving functionality” of a web browser or of an extension of a web browser users are accustomed to having login information pre-filled or clicking on the username field and having the login information show up as a single item in a small drop down list. However, this is not always the case with the version of Brave that I am using. For most sites, the login information will show up when I double click on the user name field. At that point, I am able to select it and it then populates into the fields. However, for some sites, nothing happens when I double click on the username field. Instead, I must click on the password field to achieve the desired result.

go to the previously mentioned URL again
double click on username field
no login information shows up in a small dropdown list.
