Password autofill does not work on startup/first launch

Description of the issue:
When I open Brave for the first time after a while, autofilled passwords are not filled when I press on a suggested password from Keychain or Bitwarden. Restart the app and it works just like normal.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open Brave for the first time of that day/week
  2. go to a website where you have to login
  3. Press on a password

Expected result:
After pressing on a password, it should appear in the password field.

1.63
