Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Download Passoportal Extension (may require subscription; PM me for a license)
- Visit a website and create a credential for it
- With Shields Up, Visit website with stored credential. Click on the Passportal icon in the login field.
Expected result:
Error: Blank white box appears instead of login options.

Error does not occur with Shields down
