Partial rewards it's a problem or it's normal?

Hello,

This is the first time that I have received my monthly payment.
It is July 6. (date of payment on my uphold account).
But I don’t understand why I only receive 0.6 BAT when I have an estimate of pending rewards of 10.7 BAT.
I should have received all of my 10.7 BAT on my Uphold, right? Can you tell me if it’s okay to receive only a small portion of my pending rewards. Thank you.

It’s not OK to receive a small portion of your estimated rewards.
