Papyrus font not displayed in Brave Browser

An email written in the papyrus font does not display correctly in the brave browser

. It displays correctly in a chrome browser. See attached. If you mouse over an image, the filename indicates which is the Brave browser and which is the Chrome browser. The image on top, correctly displaying the papyrus font is the Chrome browser. The second image, (font appears to be some version of comic sans) is the Brave browser.

Device - Dell Latitude 5500 x64
OS and Version - Windows 10 Pro ver 10.0.19043.
Brave version - Version 1.39.111 Chromium: 102.0.5005.61 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Yes the font is installed on my computer. There is only 1 instance installed.
The problem is observed when displaying an email in the brave browser.

Please report:

• Computer device and its OS version number

• Brave Browser version numbers

• Is the font installed on your computer?

• Are there multiple installations of the font, on your computer?

• Where in Brave Browser windows, do you see the problem?
