Palo Alto Networks Support Site not loading (blank)

Description of the issue: will not load, it just remains blank

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Browse to site and select get support and it will not load

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Blank Screen

Expected result:
Support page loaded

Reproduces how often:
every time I visit site

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Windows 10
Version 0.67.125 Chromium: 76.0.3809.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information:
This page loads fine using Chrome and Firefox. I have tried loading in Brave Incognito page and it will still not load…Just a blank page.

@aporue Can you please change the shield settings and try again?


I turned Shield off for this site and another one I was having problems with and they worked. Is that the solution? Or should I be changing a setting within Shield?
