Paid Subscription Disappears

I paid for an annual Leo Premium subscription (~$150) on macOS Brave browser, but my account page now shows no active subscriptions. I hope this is an isolated incident and would appreciate a prompt resolution to restore my paid subscription access.

Timeline of Events

  • Recently purchased an annual Leo Premium subscription
  • Canceled automatic renewal to prevent unwanted future charges
  • When attempting to refresh my credentials:
    1. Requested login link through the trial suggestion page
    2. Opening the link redirected me to the 7-day free trial payment page
    3. After exiting, my account.brave.com/account/ page shows no active subscription

Current Status

  • Contacted Brave support 2 days ago but still awaiting a response
  • My paid subscription is not being recognized

Possible Cause
I suspect canceling the automatic renewal combined with logging in through the trial page may have caused this issue.
