Page reported missing, but page is simultaneously properly displayed

Brave Browser 1.7.98 (W10 64 bit) is reporting in the banner at the top that an analytics page on the site medium.com is “not found,” (missing, 404) but it’s also displaying the page correctly. The banner should not appear.
