Description of the issue:
When I scroll down on certain website (shields up or down) the navigation bar scroll sdown with the page leaving blank white space
How can this issue be reproduced?
When I scroll down on certain website (shields up or down) the navigation bar scrolls down with the page leaving blank white space. Happens on macOS Catalina or Big Sur on numerous sites and numerous versions of Brave browser.
Expected result:
I expect the page navigation bar to stay put
