Page getting 403 errors, resolved by clearing cookies

When saving a page in wordpress theme settings, get 403 error resources error as shown in screenshot. Troubleshooting all options with web host, but noticed that clearing cookies solves the issue and in console, when previewing error, get “enable javacript and cookies to continue” error, even though both are enabled. Issue doesn’t occur in other browsers.

Any idea why “enable javascript and cookies” would show up? Was thinking it was cloudflare issue, but seems to be related to brave settings?

Can take a look here shortly — to confirm, this only occurs when trying to save/update your WP page on this site correct?

Disregard, we found something server side that we believe was the cause.
