Description of the issue: oversized windows/pop ups
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. When you right click
  2. When you click on the burger icon on top-right

Expected result:
The windows inside to be normal size, for example when i right click, the window/pop up that appears is really over sized
Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.79.119 Chromium: 137.0.7151.68 (Official Build) (64-bit)
