TL;DR: Please add back the overlay scrollbars flag.
Until a couple versions ago, there used to be an option in brave://flags that allowed you to have overlay scrollbars. Me and many others loved this because it got rid of that fat, ugly scrollbar that took up a lot of space and replaced with a transparent overlay that only appeared when it was needed. It would be amazing to see this added back!
