Overlapping elements in the Profile Selection window

Description of the issue:
There are overlapping elements in the Profile Selection window

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Have several profiles (I use 9)
  2. Set the profile selection window to show on startup
  3. Startup

Expected result:
It looks ok.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.66.110 Chromium: 125.0.6422.60 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Fedora 39

Additional Information:
The 3rd row of profiles has a line going through it, which looks like it should be the top border of the panel below.

Also, the font size for profile names looks odd - it is smaller than the size used in the “Add” button.

Both apparent changes are recent, I’ve not noticed them before today.
