Over 600 BAT outstanding from May

I highlighted an issue a couple of months ago that still hasnt been resolved.

It MUST be related to the issues in Mays payout.

Lets get this out the way first:-

  • No I havent linked to more than four accounts.
  • No its not BAT earned after payout date range.

I have 3 browser profiles that I have NEVER had the BAT transfer fully to Uphold, My Wife has one with the same problem. It remains as Pending.

Every month some BAT transfers but the bulk of it NEVER does (I suspect the part that dosent is from May)

I did send my wallet details with a description to CryptoJennie on the June Reddit Megathread and other than I will look into, havent heard anything since. its been months…

Wallet 1 (PC)- has 268 BAT

To make matters worse, I updated Brave Browser to v 1.12.112 yesterday , this caused wallet 1 to be disconnected from Uphold. and now when I try and re-connect I just get a screen with “Your request is still being processed, please wait” i have left it over an hour and it still goes no further.

In total its over 600 BAT outstanding from MONTHS ago, I would really appreciate if this could be looked into. @steeven @eljuno

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

This will help to speed up the troubleshooting. Thank you in advance!
