Outlook Web App supported browser

Description of the issue
The Outlook Web App runs in standard mode with its “supported browser”, among them chrome.
When I use brave (Version 0.61.52 Chromium: 73.0.3683.86 (Build officiel) (64 bits)), Outlook Web App runs in “basic” mode which is ugly and with less functionnality.

Is there a way to let Outlook Web App believe that the browser is chrome or firefox, to have it run normally ?

It does not depend on the shields, that I have all unactivated.

Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off? (yes/no)
