Option to prevent 180 degree portrait mode rotation

I used iOS for many years and this is the only app I know of that allows 180 degree rotation in portrait mode. I’m not used to it and I hate it. When you lie down in bed on the side, you want your screen to rotate to landscape or 180 landscape mode but if it rotates to 180 degree in portrait mode, it’s useless. Try it. I don’t want this feature to be removed because some can maybe find it useful, instead I requesting adding an option for preventing this. Thank you very much!
